Answers for Frequently Asked Inquiries
General Questions
What days and hours can I book one of the pickleball courts?
You must be a member of the Taylorosa Pickleball Club to reserve an indoor court. You can reserve an indoor court for a maximum of 2 hours. The courts at our main facility at 3900 FM 744 (across from Corsicana High School) are available 24/7, except on Sundays, when they open at 1:30 p.m. The indoor court at the Taylorosa Ranch is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. through 8:30 p.m. and Sunday from 1:30 p.m. through 8:30 p.m.
What do I need to bring to the court?
We provide pickleballs, ice, and filtered water. You must bring your own paddles and a water bottle.
We usually like to play longer than 2 hours. Can we book longer?
We set up our bookings in 2 hour increments so it gives everyone a chance to play. However, if there is no one playing after your time is up or another court is open, you are more than welcome to continue playing as long as you desire.
Where should I park?
At our main facility on FM 744, park on the west side of the building and go through the side door marked “Pickleball Entrance.” At the Taylorosa Ranch, there is concrete parking on the west side of our house. There is pull-in parking for large vehicles next to the indoor court and angled parking down the driveway.
Are there restroom facilities?
Yes, there are restrooms on the south wall of the main facility and a restroom next to the outdoor courts at the Taylorosa Ranch called “The Outhouse.” Please help us keep these facilities clean!
